The City is pleased to issue this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a qualified, high-level information technology adviser. The person selected needs to have prior experience as a Chief Information Officer (CIO), Information Technology Director, or similar role, and be able to provide advice, analysis, and guidance about the City’s information technology programs and strategies. The City seeks qualifications from experienced persons (whether submitting as a firm or as an individual) who can advise the City’s management team on the organization, programs, operations, and policies of the City’s information technology systems.
