AMENDMENT 4 for BAA FA8750-19-S-7009

The purpose of this amendment is to modify:

      1. Part II, Full Text Announcement, Section I, Technology Requirements to add information regarding the Questions and Answers and Slides from the Industry Day held on 29 MAR 2019.

SUMMARY OF CHANGES:

      1. Part II-FULL TEXT ANNOUNCEMENT

The following language is added to the end of the TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS section:

               a. The Questions and Answers (Q&A) from the 29 MAR Industry Day are attached to this announcement.

               b. IMPORTANT NOTE: The Industry Day Slides are considered Distribution Statement C and are available to U.S. Government agencies and their Contractors. Therefore, access will require additional approval.

               Contact the Technical Point of Contact identified in Section VII, to receive this material. When doing so, the requestor must:

               Provide their company's CAGE Code;
Be a U.S. owned company (if not, see SECTION III for mitigation procedures); and
Be a U.S. citizen

The materials will then be provided via digital transmission of materials by secured means.

The purpose of this modification is to republish the original announcement, incorporating any previous amendments, pursuant to FAR 35.016(c).

This republishing also includes the following changes:

1. Part I, Overview Information:
   1. Updates FBO reference to Beta SAM website; 
2. Part II, Full Text Announcement:
   1. Section III.2.b.2, updates the DCSA website;
   2. Section IV.3.a, updates the DCSA website;
   3. Section IV.3.c, updates the mailing instructions;
   4. Section IV.4.e, updated the link to reference the Beta SAM website;
   5. Section VI.1, updates the RI Specific Proposal Preparation Instructions date and Beta SAM link;
   6. Section VI.4, adds paragraphs d and e;
   7. Section VI.7, adds paragraph d;
   8. Section VII: updated the OMBUDSMAN.
