This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for Solicitation No. 263358 for a SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT. The Government intends to negotiate fixed price type contract to support and expand the data integration/ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) infrastructure, utilizing Informatica. The North American Classification System (NAICS) is 541519.

**PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS; however, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the services as detailed above. Responses may only be sent via email to [email protected]. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the US Secret Service not to open the requirement to open competition, based on response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the US Secret Service. If the USSS Procurement office has not received any information from other interested parties that would justify the use of full and open competition for this requirement by 1 pm EST on 21 December 2010, a Sole Source contract with DLT Solutions is intended to be issued.
