The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Infor Global Solutions, 13560 Morris Road, Alpharetta, GA, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 for Accounts Receivable and Project Tracking software and maintenance. Period of performance is date of award through 09/30/09. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 511210. A quote is being solicited under Solicitation No. 0023492 using simplified acquisition procedures under the test program (FAR 13.5). This will be a fixed price contract. Yearly maintenance is required to provide new product features and upgrades as required to maintain functionality. Infor is the sole proprietor of this software and is the only vendor entitled and authorized to perform support and maintenance required. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
