Solicitation N0042120T0030 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation.  The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis under the authority of FAR 52.211-6 .  Maintenance must be Infoblox under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13.  The Infoblox appliances, as a manufacturer, are required to integrate with the existing Infoblox grid/solution that we already have in place on our network. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.  This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM

Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.  All proposals received by  12:00pm on16 July 2020 will be considered by the Government.  A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.  Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.  The Government will not pay for any information received.
