Infinium iSelectHD Custom BeadChip - Each Infinium iSelectHD Custom BeadChip contains between 3,072 and 90,000 attempted bead types corresponding to pre-selected loci with 24 samples per BeadChip.  Qty: 9 packs of 48 assays.

Each beadchip must be accompanied by reagents for amplifying, fragmenting, hybridizing, labeling and detecting samples.  The reagents and assays must also be compatible with existing Illumina iScan laboratory equipment for generating SNP genotypes.  Illumina is the sole provider of SNP genotyping assays that are compatible with the iScan genotyping instrumentation for analysis that is present in the ARS laboratory.
