The National Cancer Institute (NCI), Center for Cancer Research (CCR), Laboratory of Human Carcinogenesis (LHC), plans to procure Infinium Human Methylation27 BeadChip Arrays to analyze DNA methylation.
The supplies and services herein are being procured in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures as authorized by FAR Part 13.106 (b)(1). The North American Industry Classification System code is 325413 and the business size standard is 500 employees.

Only one award will be made as a result of this solicitation. This will be awarded as a firm fixed price type contract.

Delivery Date: Delivery shall be made within 1-2 weeks from the date of award to two laboratories within Building 37 on NIH Campus.

Contractor shall provide:

4 ea - Catalog #WG-311-2202 - Infinium Human Methylation27 DNA Analysis Kit, Rev B (24 samples)

2 ea - Catalog #WG-311-2201 - Infinium Human Methylation27 DNA Analysis Kit, Rev B (48 samples)

The following Salient Characteristics apply to the Infinium Human Methylation27 BeadChip:

• Allows researchers to interrogate 27,578 highly informative CpG sites per sample at single-nucleotide resolution
• Targets CpG sites located within the proximal promoter regions of transcription start sites of 14,475 consensus coding sequencing (CCDS) in the NCBI Database (Genome Build 36)
• Enables single CpG-site resolution, higher sample throughput (up to 12 samples per array), and requires as little as 500 ng of bisulfite-converted DNA per sample

No collect calls will be accepted. In order to receive an award, contractors must be registered and have valid certification in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and the Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA).
