This is a notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate and award a contract using other than full and open competition for the purchase and integration of an infinity fence system at a leased facility with Metro Logics, 10635 Marina Drive, Olive Branch, MS 38654. This facility leased through the General Services Administration (GSA) is operated by Metro Logics. GSA has indicated that according to the lease any and all modifications to this property must go through Metro Logics.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposal. However, all capability statements received after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
