Defense Supply Center Philadelphia has a requirement for the Life Preserver Infant Cot (LRU-6P) which is under NSN 4220-00-939-6406. We anticipate an Indefinite Quantity Contract for a two (2) year base period with three (3) one (1) year options. The contract resulting from this solicitation will be a Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA). Technical information and yearly estimated quantities are listed below. This procurement will be an unrestricted procurement with F.O.B. Destination to Defense Distribution Centers located throughout the Continental United States (CONUS). Inspection and Acceptance will take place at Origin. This item is fully competitive with First Article Testing, Certificate of Quality Compliance, Quality Conformance Inspection and Product Verification Testing. The First Article Test will consist of 1 unit and will not be part of the Production quantity. The First Article Test unit will also not serve as a Manufacturing Standard. The required delivery schedule will be 60 days without First Article Testing. If First Article Testing (FAT) is required, the delivery period will be 180 days for the first delivery order. The annual estimated quantity per delivery order, minimum quantity per delivery order and the maximum quantity per delivery order are as follows:
