The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health (OASH)/Office of Infectious Disease and HIV/AIDS Policy (OIDP) will be hosting two events to assist with market research and also to engage the vendor community in responding to the above-mentioned solicitation.
The events are as follows:
Check-in for pre-registered participants begins promptly at 10:30 a.m. EST, with the event start time at 11:00 a.m. EST. Due to space limitation, entities that do not pre-register may not be allowed to attend. THIS IS NOT A VIRTUAL EVENT.
The purpose of Preproposal Conference is to provide information from the Government program officials regarding the background, goals, and structure of the PrEP Implementation and Dissemination program and to solicit input and questions from potential vendors.
This announcement should not be construed as a Request for Proposal (RFP)/Request for Quote (RFQ) or a commitment by the United States (U.S.) Federal Government. The U.S. Federal Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of these two events. The information obtained from the events will be utilized for market research purposes. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of the vendor’s participation in these event.
