The Washington State Department of Commerce is soliciting applications from those qualified and interested in participating in a grant project to reduce, reuse, or eliminate waste that benefits Washington’s circular economy. The Washington State Legislature created the Industrial Symbiosis Program within Commerce to create “valuable collaborative opportunities where the underutilized resources of one company…may be used by another.”
