The Joint Base Lewis-McChord Health Contract Cell will solicit a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide industrial hygiene laboratory sample analysis services for Munson Army Health Center, Fort Leavenworth, KS. Samples will be sent to contracted laboratory via FedEx at the Government's expense. The Contract Laboratory will provide, upon request, the following services: Common Industrial Hygiene analysis, development of sampling strategies and procurement of applicable sampling media, and equipment for special analysis, such as mycology and microbiology samples for indoor air analysis. Industrial hygiene sampling methodology must be in accordance with the American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH), Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA), National Institute of Occupational Safety & Health (NIOSH) or Department of Defense (Army) guidelines for sample collection and analysis. The contract laboratory must be accredited by the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA). Contract laboratory will complete analysis of samples within 5 working days upon receipt of samples, and will provide e-mail results of analytical analysis for interpretation to the Industrial Hygiene Program Managers (IHPMs). Estimated Period of Performance: 01 April 2016 through 31 March 2017, with four optional years ending 31 March 2021. The solicitation is expected to be posted on 15 February 2016, and will likely close on 15 March 2016.
