The City of Naperville is accepting bids from experienced and authorized vendors to provide an Inductively Coupled Plasma—Optical Emission Spectrometry (ICP-OES) instrument (monitoring/testing equipment) system. Such instrumentation must also include analyst interface, data control software, on-site set up and training at the Springbrook Water Reclamation Center (SWRC), service and warranty agreements, and must be able to reach detection limits as outlined in the 40 CFR Part 503 regulations for the Disposal of Sewage Sludge and all applicable water quality standards.
