The purpose of amendment #1 is to answer questions received.

1.  Are you requesting caging for mice or rats?

2.  What is the max size of the truck allowed into the loading dock and will there be a lift gate at the facility?

USU has two (2) loading docks.

Information for loading dock for LAM (funded portion of requirement):

Standard truck size (102 wd, 13.5 ht) will fit.  There is a lift system as this loading dock.

Information for loading dock for VSD (option portion - FAR Clause 52.216-6 (Increased Qty):

Does not have a lift gate, but we can arrange for a forklift to lift onto our dock if necessary; however we would require sufficent lead-time be provided to us to arrange the forklift.  The VSD loading dock is set up to take an 18 wheeler; however again, this would require us to close the parking lot, so sufficent lead-time would need to be provided for the coordination.  A standard delivery truck is a much better option for delivery.

All other terms and conditions remain the same.
