The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a sole source award to the University of Chicago, 5801 South Ellis Avenue, Chicago, IL 60637-5418 for a continuation of services. The contractor will provide specific historical security price (asset return) indices databases. This information is mission critical and is used for the annual update of PBGC's Pension Insurance Modeling System databases. The intent is for PBGC to continue services for the indices databases. The period of performance is September 30, 2011 to September 29, 2012. This is not a Request for Quotation, but a Notice of Intent. A Request for Quotation will not be issued.
