The Wisconsin Department of Health Services, Division of Medicaid Services is seeking proposals to provide ombudsman and advocacy services for the following DMS programs: (1) Independent Ombudsman services for Family Care, Family Care Partnership, PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) and IRIS (Include, Respect, I self-Direct) Program. This solicitation covers individuals under age 60; ombudsman services for individuals over 60 are provided by the State Board on Aging and Long Term Care (BOALTC). (2) Supplemental Security Income External Advocacy Services for Supplemental Security Income Managed Care members.
