Question 1: "Could you please provide the incumbent contract number? If not, is this a new requirement?"

Response: This is a new requirement and is not linked to any ongoing contract.


Question 2: " As an individual, can you please advise on how best to apply. I am a former civil servant of the Federal Government and I am unsure if there is a separate process. The web system seems to allow for only buyers/vendor-companies. Is there a way for an individual to apply to this posting?"
