The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a firm fixed price order, under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-11-G-0001, with The Boeing Company of St. Louis, MO. The contractor shall provide multiple technical publication updates by incorporating Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), in support of the F/A-18 and EA-18G Aircraft. It is anticipated that that the period of performance will be for the calendar year 2014. This award is based on Title 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), whereby the supplies or services required are available from only one source, and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Boeing Company is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer, and supplier of the F/A-18 and E/A-18G aircraft and is uniquely qualified to provide the complete range of program support required by the Fleet. The Boeing Company is the only known firm that possesses the technical data, resources, and expertise necessary to fulfill the Government's requirements.
