This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number for this procurement is KAF9H3ECE00900 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-29 & Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DCN) 20081124. For informational purposes the North American Industry Classification System code is 562213 - Incinerators, nonhazardous solid waste. This is firm-fixed price procurement and will be procured using commercial item procedures. Award selection will be made based on technical acceptability, price, and past performance.
