Regional Contracting Office (RCO) - Baghdad, located in Camp Taji, Iraq is interested in assessing the number of companies capable and willing to perform work to refurbish an existing incinerator located on Camp Taji, Iraq.

Further Details:
Refurbishment of the existing 30 metric ton per day capacity solid waste incinerator including 12 months warranty, operator and maintenance training and spare parts in support of Operation Inherent Resolve (OIR) in Camp Taji, Iraq.

The existing incinerator that is located in the amber zone of Camp Taji was manufactured in 2003 and installed in 2004 by Pennram Diversified Manufacturing. Pennram was involved in its maintenance from 2004 to 2011 before this incinerator was shut down and abandoned after 2011. Since that time, several of its key components, such as the electrical generator, the fuel tanks and several mainly electrical parts were stripped. The US Government does not have the plans or technical diagrams to the existing incinerator.
