In preparation for a future procurement, the 673rd Contracting Squadron on Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson is performing market research to determine potential business's (including small businesses, 8(a) firms, HUBZones, and small disabled veteran owned) that can meet a requirement for a 2 stage batch incinerator with a top loading access door of at least 1000mm x 2000mm. The incinerator should be capable of a throughput of at least 500 pounds per hour. The incinerator shall operate on JP5 fuel and shall be retrofitted to do so by the contractor in the event standard models do not accomadate this type of fuel. The incinerator must be resistant to a highly corrosive environment. The contractor shall insure that the the unit is insulated and suited for operation in an unprotected outdoor environment that is highly corrosive to metals and electrical components. This incinerator will be used for municipal waste. Must also include shipping, one year warranty and manuals for set up. The applicable NAICS code is 562213 with a size limitation standard of 12.5 million dollars.
