This solicitation is hereby amended to change the following:

(1) Amend the statements describing the tasks and deliverables contained in the per compound and per assay unit prices for all compound and assay tables contained in Section 1, inclusive of all option periods.

(2) Extend the deadline for proposals to 4:30 pm Eastern Time on Wednesday, August 20th, 2014.

(3) Un-"x" or not incorporate by reference the clauses listed in FAR 52.212-5(c)(1)-(3)

(4) Correct a clerical error in Section 11, Factor 2: Proposed Personnel (1) Staffing Plain (i.e. "Offerors shall demonstrate a proposed" to "Offerors shall propose a" staffing plan).

All other terms and conditions to the solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect, including Attachment Number 1.

Attached is revised solicitation document, excluding Attachment Number 1.
