The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for 1 each M2000-In situ Model D (500 wavelengths from 193 nm to 1000 nm) Advanced Rotating Compensator (RCE) design, 1 each NIR Upgrade to extend spectral range of item one to 1690nm (190 nm wavelengths from 1005 nm to 1690 nm).  (Microsoft IE required).  Additional specifications and opening and closing dates will appear in the RFQ. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Copies of issued solicitations can only be obtained by downloading them from the Supply and Information Services Division website http://supply.nrl.navy.mil. This requirement will be available for downloading the 16^th day after publication of this synopsis. Prior to this date you will not be able to access this solicitation.
