The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Seattle District intends on awarding a sole source contract to Jonathon Istok for the service described below.

In situ bioremediation has been identified as an alternative that is potentially a more effective groundwater remediation technology. Treatability and pilot testing is required to fully evaluate biostimulation (a type of bioremediation) as an alternative treatment technology for the site prior to selecting, designing, and implementing a full-scale in situ bioremediation program.
