This is a Sources Sought notice. This is not a request for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. It is a survey to identify potential sources. The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is performing this market survey to determine if there are an adequate number of organizations interested in and capable of implementing and managing a project aimed at improving agricultural practices that boost productivity while protecting watersheds.
