Remodel an existing 4-level office building consisting of four levels of office/administration and parking. The existing building is owned by the District and the renovation will create a new state of the art LEED Gold certified facility serving the District’s various emergency operations and life safety operations. The total square footage (SF) of the existing building and renovation is 99,170 SF. Engineer’s estimate: $81,000,000 A mandatory bidders’ conference will be held on Tuesday May 7, 2024, at 10 AM, at the following location: 2955 Peralta Oaks Court, Oakland, CA 94605 to acquaint all prospective bidders with the Contract Documents and the Worksite. A bidder who fails to attend a mandatory bidders’ conference may be disqualified from bidding. Bid Submission.
