The Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission (CCRPC) is soliciting responses from qualified Contractors and/or Organizations to implement a multi-year program known as the Rethink Runoff Stream Team. The Stream Team, formed in 2010, is the mechanism by which twelve municipalities and organizations in urban and suburban Chittenden County fulfill the Public Involvement and Participation requirements (aka Minimum Measure #2) under their Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4) permits.
