The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) in support of the Laboratory of Infectious Diseases (LID) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition immunogenicity assay services on Flu Vaccine Candidates in BALB/c Mice from Advanced Bioscience Laboratories 5510 Nicholson Lane , Kensington, MD 20895.  Advanced Bioscience Laboratories has been working on these protocols with LID and changing vendors at this time would introduce variables into the protocols that would negatively affect the current projects. This is not a request for proposal.  All responsible sources may submit a response with their capabilities to provide the above services that will be considered.  The Government reserves the right to make a decision whether to this requirement is available for competition.  All responses shall be submitted no later than 31 August 2015 to [email protected].
