This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W81K00-19-Q-0196 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20180131.

This solicitation is for Immune Globulin for San Antonio Military Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, TX. The required Period of Performance date is 17 June 2019 to 30 September 2019. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 325412 with a size standard of 1,250. This procurement is Small Business Set-Aside.
