Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate a sole source order under existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-09-G-0005 with Lockheed Martin Mission Systems and Sensors-Owego (MS2), 1801 State Route 17C, Owego, NY 13827-3998 on an other than full open competitive basis in accordance with FAR 6.302. MS2 is the sole provider of the MH-60R Mission System. Integrated Mechanical Diagnostics System (IMDS) is part of the MH-60 Romeo Mission System operational check required before selling the aircraft to the Navy. This effort includes training for MS2 personnel to enable MS2 to provide MH-60R aircraft meeting Navy requirements.
