The specifications and brand names in this RFQ, are intended to be descriptive, but not restrictive; indicative of the quality and characteristics of items that meet the minimum requirements. Bidders offering an “equal” must include documentation which demonstrates, to the IMD’s satisfaction, that the offered item(s) meets the requirement of the solicitation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may eliminate the Bidder from further consideration. All items offered MUST be NFPA 1983 compliant. Contractor will deliver Equipment, FOB Destination, to 4715 S Byrd Street BLDG 518, BOISE. ID. 83705 on or before 45 days ARO. Quantity The Idaho Military Division reserves the right to order quantities exceeding the quantity listed within Exhibit A – Item List, at the same cost, terms, and conditions, for a period of six (6) months beyond the original Purchase Order date. The total quantities ordered will not exceed twenty percent (20%) of the total cost within Exhibit B – Price Sheet.
