This project is one of the implementation projects of the Collaborative Forest Landscape Restoration Projects (CFLRP).  The goal of the CRLRP project is to utilize collaborative, science based ecosystem sustainability with an emphasis on providing local employment opportunites.  The work required by this contract consists of furnishing and applying chloride dust pallative materials on Forest roads and related work in compliance with its terms, specifications and provisions.  Work also includes preparing the roadways for treatment, rolling the roadways after treatment, furnishing labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies and incidentals.

Project Location - Project site is on FS Roads 223 (Selway River Road) and 443 (American River-Selway Road).  Travel appoximately 25 miles east of Kooskia, ID via U. S. Highway 12 to FS Road 223.  Work beings at MP 7.0 of FS Road 223.  Road 443 junctions Road 223 on the right at MP 18.7.
