The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Rock Island district, Illinois Waterway Project Office (IWPO) has the requirement for the supply and fabrication of steel. USACE will not supply any steel, personnel, equipment, or components to complete the supply requirement unless otherwise stated herein.
