The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS), Research Triangle Park, NC intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Illumina, Inc., San Diego, CA 92121,  pursuant to 41 U.S.C.253(c)(1)--Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This purchase is for the following items: 1) FC-121-1001, (3 each)- TruSeq DNA Sample Prep Kit-Set A (48rxn with PCR); 2) FC-121-1002, (2 each) - TruSeq DNA Sample Prep Kit-Set B (48rxn with PCR); 3) PE-401-3001, (9 each) -TruSeq PE Cluster Kit v3-cBot-HS); 4) FC-401-3001, (9 each) -TruSeq SBS Kit v3-HS (200-Cycles) These reagents are to be used with the existing Illumina Genome Analyzer System HiSeq2000. The use of Illumina platform is required to assure continuity of research within the labs. Ordering from another source would compromise experiments and compromise the integrity of data.
