The period of performance will be for a period of 12 months from date of contract award.
It is the Government's intention to issue a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with FAR part 13.5. This proposed acquisition will be 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541513 - Computer Facilities Management Services with a size standard of $27.5 million in annual receipts. The Government intends to award to the lowest price technically acceptable quote. Award will be issued on an all or none basis.
The Government will solicit and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures, in accordance with FAR subpart 13.5. The Government intends to award to the quoter that provides the quote that is the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). Award will be made approximately twenty (20) business days after closing of response period. A complete performance work statement will be included with the solicitation.
The solicitation M67001-17-Q-0007 will be posted on or about 10 days after this posting and made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site at www.fbo.gov. All responsible businesses may submit a quote, which will be considered. It is the responsibility of the quoter to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov. Contractors must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website. All prospective offers interested in submitting an offer must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code).
