Description: Invitation For Quote: IFQ-20-40, Annual Contract - Fire Extinguisher Inspection, Maintenance and Sales Quotes will be received by the City of Winter Haven until 2:00 P.M., April 15, 2020 on the Negometrix Platform. Annual Contract - Fire Inspection, Maintenance and Sales See attached specifications, contract terms; list of items and bid form. ****The successful contractor must carry Workers Comp, General Liability, and Automobile Insurance in an amount and form acceptable to the City with limits of no less than one-million dollars. A copy listing the City as a certificate holder must be furnished prior to starting work. The City’s EEO plan is available and can be viewed at: http://tinyurl.com/yc276tda Upon written mututal agreement by both the City of Winter Haven and the successful bidder, the contract may be exteneded four (4) additional 12-month periods.
