You are invited to review and respond to this Invitation for Bid (IFB) CR21-82146 for Fire Life Safety (FLS) Services being offered by the Department of General Services, Facilities Management Division (FMD). This is a re-solicitation of CR20-66088 for the same services. FMD is procuring services for Fire Life Safety (FLS) Inspection, Testing and Repairs as described in the Sample Standard Agreement (Std. 213) and Exhibits, IFB Attachment 10. The Bidder shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials. A Non-Mandatory Walk-Through is scheduled at the facilities listed within the IFB October 13, 2021. Bidders will need to present identification and sign in at the facility. Bidders will park at the facility. In the opinion of the Office of Business and Acquisition Services (OBAS), this IFB is complete and without need of explanation. However, if you have questions regarding this IFB please contact the below listed Acquisition Analyst. Please note that verbal information given will not be binding on the State unless such information is issued in writing as an official addendum to this IFB. There is a minimum 3% Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation is required.
