A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will be held on April 14, 2021 at 10:00AM at the Abiquiu Hydroelectric Plant, 4731 NM Highway 96, at the downstream toe of the dam, Abiquiu, New Mexico. After review of the Abiquiu Scope of Work the meeting will continue at the El Vado Hydroelectric Plant approximately 55 miles to the north. Only one of the following submission methods is required: Sealed Proposals in one (1) clearly labeled unbound original and one (1) bound paper copy (if submitting in paper form), subject to the conditions set forth in the Instructions to Bidders/Proposers and in the other Solicitation Documents, will be received at the Office of the Los Alamos County Purchasing Officer, 101 Camino Entrada, Bldg. 3, Los Alamos, NM 87544. or Considering the current COVID-19 (corona virus) outbreak, until further notice, the following procedure is in effect: Bids/Proposals may also be submitted electronically by email (address to be provided in solicitation documents) in pdf format.
