The purpose of this Invitation for Bid is to solicit bids from qualified vendors to provide the Franchise Tax Board physically and environmentally safe, legal, effective, and responsible pickup, removal and disposal of all non-hazardous refuse collection services. The awarded vendor will furnish all labor, containers/bins, tools and equipment necessary to provide lawful, non-hazardous refuse collection and disposal services on an ongoing, regularly scheduled basis, and, if necessary provide these services in unscheduled and/or emergency situations.
