The Contractor shall deliver and install a Portable Boiler Package Unit (PBPU) which shall consist of (at minimum and/or equal to) two 800 horsepower (HP) ASME 3 Pass Dry Back Package Firetube Boiler with Low NOx Burner that will meet Yolo Solano Air Quality Management District (YSAQMD) Permit/Regulatory requirements. PBPU shall include all associated equipment to generate high-pressure steam for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), California Medical Facility (CMF), located at 1600 California Drive, Vacaville, CA 95696.
