At the intersection of Manor Court and Mokelumne Avenue a new 6-foot-wide concrete valley gutter needs to be installed for storm water to naturally flow to the existing storm water drain inlet on Mokelumne Avenue north of Manor Court. This is to include a new curb, gutter and sidewalk at each curb return to create an even flow through the intersection. The existing catch basin at the southeast corner of Manor Court and Mokelumne is tied into the sewer line and needs to be removed and capped. This will be a three (3) phased project to limit impacts to the community of Mokelumne Manor.
