The Housing Authority of the County of San Joaquin (Authority) is seeking bids from qualified and licensed Contractors for the saw-cutting, demolition and disposal of concrete, the native soil preparation/compaction, aggregate base placement and compaction, placement of appropriate reinforcement, and placement of 3,000 psi concrete for: 1. Building Sidewalks/Walkways - Flatwork 2. Driveways & Bumpers 3. Curbs and Gutters 4. Street Sidewalks 5. Accessible Curb Ramps The Authority will have a Non-Mandatory Jobsite Walk-Thru meeting at 807 Ninth Street, Tracy, CA 95376 which will be held on Thursday, March 7 at 10:00 A.M. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted to the PublicPurchase.com website by 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 14, 2024. Bids must be sealed, reference IFB No. 2324-018, and be physically delivered with a hardcover copy and a USB containing a Single PDF copy of the bid before 2:00 P.M. local time on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, to the Authority Office located at 2575 Grand Canal Boulevard, Stockton, CA 95207 (Attention: Abraham Lopez).
