The Housing Authority of the County of San Joaquin and Delta Community Developers Corp. (hereinafter referred to collectively as “Authority”) are seeking bids for demolition services of seven (7) residential buildings (nine (9) residential units), located in the community of Conway Homes in Stockton, California. The Project consists of two (2) duplex buildings and five single family dwelling units of various sizes. The chosen contractor will remove asbestos containing material and properly dispose, demolish buildings, and properly dispose per City of Stockton Standards and reporting, reconstruct lot pads and grade site per soils report. Bids must be sealed, reference IFB No. 2324-015, and be physically delivered with a hardcover copy and a USB containing a Single PDF copy of the bid before 2:00 P.M. local time on Monday, March 25, 2024, to the Authority Office located at 2575 Grand Canal Boulevard, Stockton, CA 95207 (Attention: Abraham Lopez) , at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud. Bids received after this time will not be considered. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. Bids may be held by the Authority for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose or reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of the bidders prior to awarding the Contract. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Authority.
