To establish a contract with a towing company (herein referred to as the “Contractor”) to remove vehicles which have been flagged under the County Ordinance, Section 78-16 - Adoption of state law for the removal, storage, disposition and sale of immobilized, abandoned and unattended motor vehicles. This service is on an “as-needed” basis for Prince George County, VA.
