INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB) No. 024-006 TRANSFER SWITCHES The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish a Contract with one (1) qualified and experienced Contractor to deliver eighty (80) transfer switches for use in VRE's fleet of MP36PH-3C locomotives. Bids will be considered from qualified and experienced companies who are regularly established in the business of delivering transfer switches and in the judgment of VRE are financially responsible. Through prior work performed, Bidders must be able to show evidence of reliability, ability, and experience to perform the work. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to monitor this site for any addenda. Failure to submit signed addenda may be grounds to declare your Bid non-responsive.
