INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB) No. 023-005 MANASSAS PARK STATION PARKING EXPANSION The Virginia Railway Express (VRE) is soliciting Bids to establish a Contract with one (1) qualified and experienced Contractor to construct Parking Expansion at the VRE Manassas Park Station, located on the VRE Manassas Line at Norfolk Southern (NS) Blue Ridge Division Milepost (M.P.) 30.5 in the City of Manassas Park, Virginia. If potential Bidders are accessing a copy of the IFB via VRE’s website, be advised that it is your responsibility to monitor this site for any addenda. Failure to submit signed addenda may be grounds to declare your Bid non-responsive. If there is a question about the closing date, the date printed on the IFB is the most current. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting to discuss the requirements of this solicitation with prospective Bidders will be held on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at 10:00 A.M.
