Not to exceed 24 months or $100,000, whichever occurs first. This solicitation is available for download on its issue date of May 6, 2009 on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/; however, DIBBS quotations are not acceptable for this solicitation.
