This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non­personal services necessary to perform mowing, edging, trimming, leaf removal, and bush hogging services as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.

The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. Offerors are also required to submit a completed copy of the Request for Quotation cover page and a completed copy of the pricing schedule.
The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, is not applicable to this solicitation.
A ward will be made solely on price.
Offerors are required to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 Alt I, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its quote.
The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
