Delivery Schedule: The required turnaround time is within 60 calendar days, after receipt of funded delivery order or reparable assets, whichever is later.

Duration of Contract: Any services to be furnished under the anticipated resultant contract shall be ordered by issuance of delivery or task orders. Such orders may be issued from date of contract award through two (years). Performance under the contract shall be through completion of all orders.

Source(s): The intended source for this acquisitions is Raytheon Company (CAGE: 06845), in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, due to the data needed to complete contract repair is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the repair for a competitive solicitation.
