THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE - THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT'S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD CONTRACT TO AUDIMATION SERVICES INC, TO PROVIDE IDEA SOFTWARE AND SUPPORT. 

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) intends to award a sole source contract under the statutory authority permitting solicitation from a single source in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) on the basis that the Federal Trade Commission know of no other entity that can provide the required software/support.  The FTC intends to issue a contract to:

Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding to this requirement via email in Microsoft Word format with a file size less than 5MB to Steve Slagle, via email: [email protected], Subject Line: IDEA Software/Support no later than 2:00 P.M., Friday, May 15, 2015. 

All information submitted should support the firm's capability to provide the software/support required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.  Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation including the firm's bona fide capability to provide these items/services.  Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered.  The Government reserves the right to cancel the Sole Source Award Action.
